Jeff Dunham’s 100 city, all-new “Controlled Chaos” tour offers his millions of fans worldwide brand new laughs and hilarious additions to his famed troupe of sidekicks that include: Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, the beer-fueled redneck Bubba J and the manic purple creature Peanut. In the coming months, concertgoers will meet two new Dunham characters: Achmed Junior, the not-as-equally skeletal son of Achmed the Dead Terrorist, and Little Jeff, a mini-version of the ringmaster himself. .

On September 25th Dunham’s 4th Comedy Central TV special, “Controlled Chaos,” premiered to a staggering 8.3 million viewers overall making it the most viewed cable show that night. The global TV event enjoyed a never-before simultaneous same day worldwide debut in a dozen nations. The DVD was released two days later and hit platinum status in just one week. On November 22nd Dunham’s fascinating life & success story entitled “Birth of a Dummy” was told in a two-hour episode of “Biography” on the A & E network. The premiere now stands as the network’s top telecast, capturing 1.2 million viewers lifting the network to new heights.
The New York Times Magazine declared Jeff Dunham “the most successful comedian working in America.” Dunham was recently named Pollstar’s #1 Comedy Tour in North America for three years running as well as their Top Worldwide Tour for the second year in a row. Dunham’s autobiography “All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed, And Me” debuted in late 2010 and instantly climbed the New York Times best sellers list for three weeks running and achieved a Five-Star Reader Rating on Amazon. The book candidly recounts Dunham’s amazing rise to international fame beginning with his first public performances for a mere $5 a show as a fourth-grader in his Dallas, TX hometown, followed by years of intensive touring on the comedy club circuit from his college years into adulthood to becoming an international comedy phenomenon. The amazing rise of Jeff Dunham to becoming the international king of contemporary comedy continues apace, with the beginning of 2011 seeing the launch of Jeff’s third multi-country European tour, on which he continued setting top venue firsts and record ticket sales, including sold out shows at the largest indoor venues in Holland and Belgium, the latter for two nights in a row filling a total of 24,000 seats, and selling the most tickets of any previous international comedy act in Switzerland.
